This years conference is being held at the Harbourside Function Centre in Wellington. We've kept the dates similar to last year, a Monday and Tuesday in Winter as we know that Farmers' Marketeers are busy people, but we've moved the venue to a central location in the hope of making it easier and less expensive for more markets to attend.
The two day programme will again include a keynote speaker from an overseas Farmers' Market Association, presentations from local food businesses, a 'conflict resolution' specialist, practical workshops in use of social media and website building, Food Act updates, some fun activities and the conference dinner.
Conference Costs are $210 for FMNZ members ($250 non-members) The Conference Flier and booking form will be uploaded and circulated soon.
