The theme of the conference is 'Bridging Change' and has been chosen to reflect the many changes in the environmental health field and the journey ahead for professional officers, academia, industry and business people alike. The conference will be of interest to environmental health officers, health protection officers,planners, consultants and persons involved in the food and leisure industries.
